Starting from November 20, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Namibia will cancel online visa appointments. Applicants can directly submit the application with the visa application form and related materials to the Embassy. The process is as follows:

1. Fill out the visa application form online and print the paper application form. Applicants must log on to https://cova.mfa.gov.cn to fill out the visa application form online. After completing the filling, download the paper version of the application form (full form) and sign on the confirmation page.

2. Go to the visa office of the Embassy to submit application materials during office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning between 9:00am and 11:30am.

Warm reminder：After canceling the online visa appointment, there may be more on-site applicants during peak hours. It is recommended to arrange the time reasonably and submit applications at staggered times.
